While the product was just s listed the shipping is where we had a problem. I contacted the seller after three weeks and I was told the product was send but mind you I paid for shipping and never received a tracking number. After a month ( still no product ) I contacted Etsy for a refund. The seller sends out a " replacement " with a tracking number after Etsy already refunded my order. About a week later I receive the replacement in the mail. Mind you I've already been refunded in full. I contact the seller for a return label for the product since Ive already been refunded and didn't want to keep a product I didn't pay for. I was told I'd have to pay for the return due to the shop getting closed by Etsy for me reporting my order never showing up ( which the original has still never showed up ). Good Product Bad Service
